How can I order my website?

Once you have made a decision on what kind of design you are looking for and what type of information you require on your site, (5 page maximum), then use the ordering page to input your details, site ideas/plan, contact information and company logo. Once we have all the details we will look over them and then Email you with details on timeframe and costs. Use the Contact Us page to submit your information.

Do I get my own Domain name and Email account?

Yes. You will get a free domain name with every website and this will relate to your business, so if your business is ‘A Company’ then your domain will be ‘www.ACompany.co.uk’ and Email would be ‘ This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ’. This gives your business or charity a professional feel as it steps away from Email addresses such as Hotmail, Googlemail or Yahoo and creates your own professional address.

I already have a Domain name!

This is not a problem as you can still have a free Domain name and your existing name will be linked to the new name.

How much is it to make changes to my site?

Once your website has been created and has been made live on the Internet then you will be charged. The price incurred will depend on what changes are needed and amount of work required. We charge £5 for a simple change (Picture/Text).

Thereafter, you will be charged at a rate of £10 per thirty minutes, so if you are needing changes and it takes our staff 2 hours to complete those changes, it would be £10 x 4 = £40.

Judgement of the extent of the work needed for your change(s) and the estimated time will be the discretion of Wells Media Services and the designer involved in the construction of your website.

If you need to make changes to your website then contact Wells Media Services via the Contact Us page and we will reply with a quote on costs.

What happens after my years hosting?

When the hosting is a month from expiring we will contact you and inform you on how to renew the hosting, this cost will be £35 and includes Domain name and hosting renewal.

Will search engines be able to find my site?

Your website will be submitted to ALL the major search engines every 7 days. We will add META TAGS and a description to your entire website so that the search engines can index your entire website thus making your website more easily found by the engines, so your website may naturally progress to a more favourable position in the search engine listings after a few months of the website being live.

Can I pay for my website in instalments?

No, we do not offer weekly or monthly payments. The instalments are the deposit, (£50), and then the remainder.
